Despatch and delivery times
Most products are despatched from our UK warehouse in Stowmarket. Warehouse Manager Shirley (below, on the right) ensures that packages are sent out on time and Venetta (on the left) will make sure your goods are packed so that they arrive in perfect condition. Standard delivery time in the UK is 3-5 days. However, if you need your goods sooner, please give a call as we are often able to assist.
Returning goods
If you need to return your order to us for any reason, please call us first to arrange your return. If the goods we deliver are faulty, or not what you ordered, please advise us within 3 days of receipt. If goods are to be returned for any other reason please telephone or email us within 14 days to book your return before you send any product back to us. We will refund your costs of returning the package to us within the UK, if returning a faulty product. If the goods are returned for any other reason, including failed delivery, you will be responsible for the shipping costs - we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Change of heart returns do not apply to any products that are specially made to order. more info.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled if agreed with us before your package has been consigned or despatched.Once your package is on its way to you, you can still return your product to us (see "Returning goods above").
