Delivery times

Most products are despatched from our UK warehouse in Stowmarket. Warehouse manger Shirley (below, on the right) ensures that packages are sent out on time and Venetta (on the left) will make sure your goods are packed so that they arrive in perfect condition. Standard delivery time in the UK is 3-5 days. However, if you need your goods sooner, please give a call as we are often able to assist.

Delivery Charges

We aim to keep delivery charges to a minimum. Our standard delivery charge within the UK is only £5.95p. In some cases, we do add a delivery supplement, owing to size or weight of your package. Delivery costs and supplements (if applicable) are clearly explained on your shopping cart page. To get to your shopping cart page, either add a product to your cart (you will then be taken automatically to your cart), or click the shopping cart icon at the upper right hand corner of most of our web pages.

Are you Outside the UK? - although we are UK-based, we do offer a European, US & worldwide shipping service. Just add the product to your cart and then select the delivery country on our cart page - delivery charges are calculated automatically ...
