This product is delivered usually within 3 days by courier service and we will contact you by email to confirm the delivery day. If required, we will do our best to deliver next day if you order before 12am. Delivery will take place usually between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
Our climbing frames arrive flat-packed in packages that are easy to check and contain all the parts you need. Each part is clearly labelled 1/10, 2/10 and so on. We also provide a detailed yet easy-to-follow set of assembly instructions and a special drill bit for making some of the screw holes.
