Our Pet Sofa Bed is a luxury handmade wicker basket made from natural willow, supplied with a comfortable cushion - the perfect bed for your cat or your dog. Our wicker cat baskets and cat beds are made from willow, which gives them a timeless, natural appeal, and provides a very special place for your cat or dog to call his or her own. Being natural, our pet baskets are far more comfortable for your pet than unnatural plastic or metal beds and baskets. What's more, unlike plastic products, our woven wicker pet baskets can "breath", without being draughty, meaning they tend not to encourage unpleasant odours. Our baskets are also easy to clean - just hose down with water (outside, or in the shower) - this not only cleans the willow, but also tightens it, making sure the weave remains in the best condition. The cushion supplied with our Pet Sofa Bed is, of course, machine washable.

Our wicker pet sofa beds features a special plaited edging woven into the top of the side-walls for increased comfort and greater strength. The height of the side wall is lower at the front for easy entry, and higher at the back and sides for greater protection.

Make sure your basket is big enough for your pet to lie down and turn around in. We offer various sizes of basket, depending on the size of your pet.

Cats and small animals will not require beds as large as those required to carry dogs. All dog and cat beds should have adequate bedding in them. Most animals like a place that they will feel secure in, and they will see their basket as such if they are used from an early age. They will retreat into them if they feel threatened in any way. Our baskets can also be used if the animal is recovering from an illness or operation. When you invest in a pet basket, ensure that it will be big enough for your pet when it is fully grown.
