As an established and authorised JumpKING distributor we are aware that there seems to be some uncertainty surrounding JumpKING Trampolines in the UK.
JumpKING trampolines are still very much available and active in the UK and Europe.
Trampled Underfoot Ltd, a seperate company that handled the aftersales and customer service in the UK went into liquidation in June 2012. Not JumpKING. So, if you find that the website www.trampledunderfoot.co.uk is unavailable, or the telephone numbers 01728 685 800 or 0845 1287 595 are unobtainable, don't despair.
The YJ Corporation, owners of the JumpKING Brand have stepped in and established their own UK based operation to service the needs of all JumpKING customers. All trampolines and spare parts etc will be available through JumpKING and their authorised UK dealers, and warranty support will continue, though inevitably, there may be a small delay on some spare parts during July & August.
As an authorised JumpKING distributor, we have reasonable stocks at the moment, and are happy to supply all spare parts for customers who bought their tramplone at Trampled Underfoot. We are short on some replacement nettings. If you require any spare parts on our website that are not marked in stock, we recommend you order them now online if you wish to reserve them against stock coming in on our next delivery. Once we have dispatched your order, we will email over tracking details so you will know when it is coming.
