What is the Quicktionary II?
The Quicktionary II is Wizcom's classic scanner translator
enabling users to scan a full line of text, see the
instant translation of each individual word, and listen
to the pronunciation of translated words in English.
The Quictionary II product comes loaded with a powerful 2-way dictionary. Choose from English to/from German, French, Italian and Spanish.
Quicktionary II+MEK
We also offer the Quicktionary II+MEK pen, which includes
Wizcom's powerful 4MB Memory Extension Kit. This provides
internet connectivity, enabling you to download additional
dictionaries from the internet. It can store up to 1000 pages of printed text, including
numerous small images. This data can then be transmitted
to the user's PC, laptop, PDA or text-enabled cellular
phone. If you already have a Quicktionary II pen and want to upgrade to enable internet connectivity, you can purchase the MEK seperately here.

In contrast to Wizcom's next generation SuperPen products, the Quicktionary II product contains a pre-loaded 2-way dictionary and the voice function (English pronunciation) at a lower price. Since no connection with your computer is required to load dictionaries, you can start using it as soon as you take it out of its box.
