Measuring 8ft 4in wide and available in four lengths
up to 14 ft, the Eden Highline is outstandingly easy to erect
and includes a generously-sized roof vents. Our Highline 8ft greenhouses
come with both single door and double door options. The Highline
8ft greenhouse range is popular because it provides a lot of headroom,
giving a greater feeling of space for the gardener, and proving
more growing room, especially for taller plants and fruit-bearing
climbers. Our Highline greenhouses are fitted with strong Kick
Plates (the metal barriers that protect the glass where it meets
the base). The optional base we provide for this greenhouse is
also of a particularly robust design. Available in natural finish
(shown on this page), or in a green tough powder-coated painted
finish. An easy-assemble galvanised steel perimeter base plinth,
with integral anchor points, is available to make installation
of the greenhouse even easier by eliminating the need for a bricks-and-mortar
base plinth.. Eden is one of the UKs longest-established greenhouse
manufacturers, and has an enviable reputation for quality and
value. All Eden greenhouses are supplied in kit form and are manufactured
in maintenance free aluminium. Using the step by step fully illustrated
instructions, assembly is an enjoyable weekend project. The frame
simply bolts together and the pre-cut glazing easily slots into

Glazing
options: Three alternative glazing options are available.
Horticultural Glass: The traditional glazing method.
Allows sunlight in to nurture young plants. Toughened
Glass: No sharp edges. Allows sunlight to nurture plants
in the same way as Horticultural glass, but gives added
safety. Ideal when young children are around. Polycarbonate:
Twin wall construction retains heat. Diffuses sunlight and
reduces the risk of scorching plants. Virtually unbreakable.

Door Options:
The Eden Highline 8ft Greenhouse range is wide enough to
accomodate double doors if required, providing a generous
1.2m (3'11") wide access - which some people find more comfortable.
Double doors can also provide more ventilation, allow you
to take your wheelbarrow or garden cart into your greenhouse,
and also permit easy wheelchair access. The single door
door versions provide 61cm (2') wide access.
Greenhouse
Base: A firm level base is essential for any greenhouse
and the Eden galvanised steel bases, supplied as an accessory,
will assure that your greenhouse has a secure foundation.
Also, the Eden base adds 100mm to the height of your greenhouse,
giving you extra headroom. |
