Begin by sitting on a comfortable chair or settee in a semi reclined position, legs out in front with your feet on peddles. Start cycling and the forward movement in the game is now controlled by your peddling - all other function’s such as steering, braking, reversing, jumping etc, are controlled by a analogue enabled Game Controller (ie the hand control) included. If you do not peddle, the game will not progress but the faster you peddle the faster you go. Your character could be a race car, motor bike, fighter plane, truck, space ship or cartoon character it all depends on the game you choose. Neoracer is playable with most PC games. Once you are focusing on the game, you will be less aware of the physical power you are expending, making your workout fun and effective.
